Shipping Policy
At Stage-X.biz we aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, domestic and international delivery, tracking, lost or stolen packages, and what to do if you need help.
Order processing
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays) processing may take longer; we’ll note expected delays at checkout. Processing means we pick, pack and hand your order to the courier. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Domestic shipping options
We offer multiple shipping methods at checkout. Typical estimates (subject to change by carrier and location):
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days (where available).
Exact availability and pricing depend on your delivery address and selected carrier.
International shipping
We ship internationally to many countries. International delivery times vary by destination and customs, typically 7–21 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note: import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be required by your country and are usually the recipient’s responsibility unless we state otherwise when you purchase.
Tracking your order
When your order ships we’ll email you a tracking number. Use the provided tracking link for live updates. If tracking shows no movement for several days, email [relevant email id] and we’ll open an inquiry with the courier.
Address accuracy & changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change the shipping address after placing the order, contact [relevant email id] immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If the carrier marks a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days. We’ll open an investigation with the courier and work with you on next steps.
For confirmed lost packages (per the carrier’s investigation), we will reship or refund the order after the carrier’s claim is completed.
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation to the address you provided.
Failed deliveries & returns to sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we’ll notify you. You can choose to reship at your cost or receive a refund (minus original shipping). If you request a refund, it will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned package.
Special items & restrictions
Certain products may be restricted from shipping to some regions due to local regulations or carrier rules (for example, hazardous materials or region-locked goods). If an item cannot be shipped to your address we will contact you with available options.
Customs & import taxes
For international orders, customs fees are outside our control. We cannot predict specific amounts; your local customs office calculates duties and taxes. If your package is held by customs for payment of duties, you will be notified by the carrier or customs authority. Failure to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned or abandoned; any resulting costs may be deducted from your refund.
