Q1 — How do I place an order? 
Choose the product, pick size and quantity, click Add to Cart, then complete checkout with your preferred payment method. You’ll get an order confirmation email with your order number. 

 

Q2 — What is your returns window? 
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn, tags attached, and in original packaging. Final-sale items cannot be returned — we’ll mark these clearly on the product page. 

 

Q3 — How long does shipping take? 
Domestic standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. International delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days) and may be subject to customs. 

 

Q4 — Who pays import duties or taxes on international orders? 
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout. 

 

Q5 — What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept major credit/debit cards and common digital wallets shown at checkout. For wholesale orders, contact  support@stage-x.biz for invoice or bank transfer options. 

 

Q6 — My package arrived damaged — what do I do? 
Take photos of the damage and email support@stage-x.biz within 7 days. We’ll guide you through return or replacement options quickly. 

 

Q7 — Can I change or cancel my order? 
You can cancel or change an order before it ships by contacting support@stage-x.biz. Once the order has shipped, follow the returns process.
